Shipping & Returns

We offer shipping of all our items via two companies, USPS and UPS. For standard shipping, we will be shipping all orders under 5 lbs. via USPS, and those over 5 lbs. will be shipped via UPS. Standard shipping is processed automatically according to the already mentioned shipping policy.

We will ship all orders under 1 lb. (including packaging) via USPS at a flat rate of: $7.69

We will ship all orders over $250 via UPS Ground, which will be billed at current UPS Ground Rates, plus an extra $2.69 for shipping & handling.
Expedited shipping is also available for your convenience. Please call us for the most accurate pricing.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days

Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your order.

We cannot offer shipping to PO Boxes at the moment.

At our boutique, we completely respect our customer’s rights when it comes to privacy, and as a result, shipping is handled as discreetly as possible. Packaging for our USA orders consists of a plain brown box and a shipping label that will read SHIPPING DEPT and/or CUSTOMER SERVICE. The description that will appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account, will be SSB, LLC. to insure your privacy.

Please allow at least 24 hours for Sweet & Sexy Boutique to process your order. The moment your order has been processed, you will get the notification via email. Please note that some states in the US do not permit the sale of adult sex toys (Alabama, for ex.), and according to this, those orders will not be processed.

If the item you want to order is not available at the time due to the high demand, you will be notified via email, which will list the items that are on backorder.

We ship backorders as soon as they become available at no additional shipping charges to you, but please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If you are interested in a backorder item and would like more information on a specific backorder item, or if you would like to cancel a backorder, please email us with your request, along with your order number to info@sweetandsexyboutique.com.

Due to the delicate and intimate nature of the products we sell, as well as health and safety of our customers, Sweet & Sexy Boutique will not accept returns on products that have been used in any way, or products that are designed to come in contact with any body part or fluid. According to this policy, once the items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used, and we therefore cannot offer a return policy on these items.

However, if your item arrives to you visibly damaged or not working, we will accept returns on them, but only with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) approval number. Prior to returning an item, please contact Sweet & Sexy Boutique first to inquire, as we will not be responsible for any returns that are not accompanied by an approved RMA number issued by Sweet & Sexy Boutique. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or not working, contact us with the issue at hand, and we will replace it within 30 days of sale.

We only offer refunds on orders that have been cancelled within the 24-hour processing time. Once the order is processed and on its way to you, we will be unable to cancel it at that time, and a shipping and handling fee will be charged to your payment method of choice.
